Taxes reads only from ledger receipts that have a real payment date in the selected year. The live Ledger still shows only current occupants or vacant placeholders.
Current ledger-backed totals are automatic and cannot be removed here. Archived entries that no longer appear in the live Ledger can be removed from Taxes for this year. Property totals are derived from the grouped tenant totals below. Add a manual archived tenant row in this section to increase both sections together.
İşyeri amounts are converted from net to gross using a 20% withholding assumption: gross = net / 0.80, stopaj = gross - net.
